Cher, Teachor, Teacher, Cikgu.

Assalamualaikum and good day to all readers.
Today is 16th May. It's teacher's day. So to all teachers, (no matter what your students call you: teacher, cher, teachor(the 2nd & 3rd were what my students called me during my practicum) or cikgu), HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY. It's not easy being a teacher, like what have been discussed in my other blog: (http://misz-riena.blogspot.com/2009/03/maybe-i-was-born-to-be-teacher.html).

In 2 months time, I'll be a teacher, full-fledged teacher (Insya Allah). Well, it's still hard to believe. I'm still afraid that I will be destroying other people's future, because I still remember some of my teachers taught me wrong when I was in primary and secondary school, and I repeat, I still remember it. I'm not saying that my teachers were not good. They had given me a lot, and without them, I'd not be where I am right now. I really owe them a lot and I would like to thank all my teachers in SK Ayer Baloi, Pontian, Johor, MRSM Muadzam Shah, Pahang and MRSM Jasin, Melaka. Not forgetting the lecturers of Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia Kampus Kota Bharu as well as Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah Alam (particularly Faculty of Education). Without all of you, I am NO ONE. Only God can grant you with happiness in 'akhirat'.

To all my Cohort 2 friends: GOOD LUCK. Remember don't destroy your students' future.haha.. We teach not to become popular, not to become rich. We teach our children to become future respectable leaders of the world. And may Allah bless you always... Insya Allah. Teach with sincere heart and I hope to see you guys again when we are doing our PhD. Aminnn...

With that, chiow..
